Sims 4 Xbox - Can't Find Items In-Game

I play on Xbox and I'm also slightly new to it. I watch a ton of simstubers and often see a lot of cool things that I currently can't find in my game. I'm aware of tons of cc being used. But I saw in one video a parrot sitting on a drinking "juice" glass it was like a neon sign thing and I want it. Is it in the base game,  specific pack, or is it a custom content thing? Tried scouring google can't even find  a pic of it.

Custom Content and mods are not available on the console edition of Sims 4. So the items that you are looking for maybe from the different packs available for the game.

I tried searching on Sims 4 to see if they (ea.com) still show what object and items are available in the specific packs. But they don't.

If you know the name of the items, you might be able to do a search on them.
