There's the regular version and the over clocked (super) edition. It's really a personal choice depending on what you can afford. If you want something that will last awhile - meaning will be good enough to play games for awhile or you find you want to play other games that require a better graphics card, go for the super.

When changing out your card remember it will also draw from your power supply, so make sure your power supply can handle the increase in demand. For the 1060 one fan should suffice, just make sure it fits in the case. If you are switching from integrated graphics to the video card you may have to change the bios settings for video out so the pc knows which graphics unit to use, and make sure your HDMI or whatever form factor cable you use is plugged into the back. Lastly remember to update the software on a regular basis and everything should be smooth sailing. Good luck with your new card and happy simming!
