Carl's gameplay overhaul not working anymore?

Hello,
So after the new pack and update, it seems that Carl's gameplay overhaul doesn't work anymore? The option disappeared on the mailbox and everything's back to no overhaul. Am I the only one? I hope the mod will be updated soon cause it's crucial in my gameplay!  :-[
Any news?

It looks like Carl (CarlSimsGuide) did share a Patreon post about his mods.

Thank you very much for your answer. I'll hit the Discord server, because I don't see anyone mentionning the mod not working anymore... Or maybe I'm the first one discovering the issue maybe! Thanks
