[BUG] - DU - Cannot re-enroll after suspension

Hi not sure how to post so I am replying to the closest topic to where I need help. I wen away and came back to game play my sims family. Both enrolled sims have been suspended '0 days' and I cant re-enroll. Help please!

This a known bug.

 -- It's been reported to try dropping out to see if that solves the issue. This can be done by an option on the Sim's phone.

Sign in with your EA account, click the Me Too button under the first post and optionally, share your experience with the bug by clicking the reply button on any post.

** They may be still looking for save files to help figure out this issue.
