Getting Sims 4 to Recognize RTX 2070 Super?

EDIT: I think I finally got it working! if anyone wants to know how, I simply removed the device name from the "2070/2080 Super" in the graphicscards.sgr file and replaced it with my device ID (in my case, only changing it to "0x1ed1".
The steps in the link below were to add the 2070 in an additional line but I'm assuming since there's already a line with the "2070/2080 Super", there's no need to add it again.

MrsFlynn I know this is the Sims 3 but since it's the same card and issue, I was wondering if you had the files for the Sims 4 too?

However, that made the whole game not even run/open and the config file turned almost empty. I "repaired" it through Origin and it works again but it still says that the card isn't recognized.
