Mod to add traits or character values to npcs in bulk?

I'm looking for a way for my townies to have more parenthood character value traits. I know I can use mccc to add a trait to a single sim but this gets tedious. Is there any mod that allows you to assign traits to multiple npc sims or which ensures npcs have parenthood character value reward traits? i.e. traits like good manners or argumentative.

If you haven't already, you might try asking at dedicated mod sites such as ModtheSims, The Sims Resource, Sims4Studio or maybe even at the official forum on their Mods board. It may be better to ask questions about mods on a dedicated modding site with a larger modding community.
