Sims 3 won't recongize my 1660 ti

I have edited both files graphics rules and graphic cards files a few times and it did not work. I also watched some guides, and downloaded the sims 3 graphics gpu add on and that did not work either. If someone could help me, I would be very thankful. I am very very annoyed. It will say [Found: 0, Matched: 1]  then [Found: 1, Matched: 0]
I know I did something wrong, but can't tell which.
It does say [Found: 0, Matched: 1]  right now though.

Try this file set to see if it will help.

Okay, I put it in and got [Found: 1, Matched: 0]

I don't know why it's being an pain in the butt.
So something in the settings for the matched part is probably missing?
