Does The Nraas Overwatch Mod stop freezing?

I recently downloaded,The Nraas Overwatch Mod,That can used with The Master Controller Mod,I have seen a video of The mod on YouTube,you can only stop freezing,and lagging with this,but you have to merge with The Master Controller Mod otherwise other this work won't work you will only get the endless processing circle.

I'm moving this to the mods board. The two mods work independently from each other. You easily can have one without the other.

I'm not quite sure it helps stop the freezing, but will help some with the way the game performs.
