CC Hair - Toddler hairstyles on children?

I play Sims 4 on PC and I was wondering if there was anyway to use toddler hairstyles on children. I am very new to making custom content. I’ve tried using Sims 4 Studio and I edited the settings for the hair to fit children but when I was using it in CAS, the height of the hair was still at toddler level. Does anyone know how to edit this further? Or has anyone already created something like this that I can download? The hairstyle I specifically want is the big curly one in dark brown. It came with the Toddler Stuff Pack.

I would look in places like Mod the Sims or The Sims Resource, because I bet someone has already either uploaded a conversion of the hair you want, or uploaded their own creation that is pretty darn close.  Good Luck!

@ajwatson2906: if you're talking about the base game curly toddler hair I can save you some work and link to a conversion. CC is hard to make and hairs even harder. Though if you are looking to learn how to make CC I wouldn't recommend looking for help here because we just don't have many members who make CC (at least that I'm aware of?) Stay for the in-depth dissection of game mechanics though.
