Advice on desktop purchase for TS3 and TS4

Hi guys, 

First off,  thanks for this great site and this forum.  I have been an avid visitor since TS3 and this site has been very helpful. 

My old gaming desktop died and I’m ready to upgrade and purchase a new gaming desktop for TS3 and TS4, and maybe even TS5, who knows?

My budget is about $2500 and I’m located in the US.   I’ve been having issues deciding on a desktop that is perfect for TS 3 and 4. 

1.  I’ve been looking at the Dell Aurora Alienware gaming desktops, but I keep hearing different things like Intel is better than AMD,  and that they tend to overheat? Is this generally a good choice?

2.  I have been trying to decide between different models.  Here they are in the order of my personal preference:

Could anyone help me decide on the best model and the specs to look out for and add?  I scrapped the R9 series in my head since it comes with a 450 watt supply which can’t be customized.  Let me know if that’s not a concern. 

 I’ve been looking into the HP Omen Obelisk as well,  but I have heard that they also come with some overheating issues. 

I don’t mind if my desktop is overkill for TS3 and TS4 as long as I can enjoy my game without worrying about any hardware issues.  All I want is a good gaming desktop that I can enjoy for years to come.  Any input is appreciated.

I am not sure I'd be able to tell you which is the better of all of these choices. They'd all run both Sims game fine.

If I were to go by specs alone, I'd go for the Aurora R11, as it's got 32GB system memory and the RTX2080 video card.

I've heard and read that the HP Omens overheat as well due to the case they're in doesn't have good ventilation. However that was awhile ago and may be designed differently now.
