Sharber Legacy, updated 1/25/2020 - DEAD for now

I was piddling around this past weekend and finally read through the rules for the Sharebear legacy.  I started playing yesterday, and hopefully will keep it going - I am really enjoying playing with my founder.  It has been two years since my last legacy, although I have completed many different challenges, so I am looking forward to getting back to the roots of legacy-play.



Several Notes
I post all my stories on my sims blog, so I will only be posting quick updates here. 
I am also tracking points; however, I am not playing for points.  I use Hilliee's tracking spreadsheet, which is a wonderful piece of work. 
I have all expansions, game packs, and stuff packs; I do not play with custom content. 

Succession Rules
Gender, Equality: Both boys and girls are eligible for the title of heir.
Bloodline, Strict Traditional: The heir must be naturally born from their previous-generation parents and be able to trace an unbroken bloodline back to the founder.
Heir, Democracy:  The heir is chosen by my readers from among the pool of eligible heirs.  Polls will be held on my blog, here, and at Boolprop.
Species, Tolerant: Species has no impact on their eligibility for heir status.

Lifespan: Normal
Seasons: 7 day seasons with all weather turned on
Get Famous: Sims begin opted out of fame

I just wanted to say that this is still on my playlist.  I have been focusing on finishing my EPIC, which is about to enter the last generation, and then the Sharbers will be back.

I just want to say that I've enjoyed reading your Sharber story.
Scarlet and Jose have been hard at work. Sofie and Savana are so adorable.
I've wanted to comment on your blog posts but can't figure out how to do that.
Totally understand what it feels like to need a break after a long simming project!
