Crick Cabana terrain issue.

So there are some spots on my terrain which I cannot delete. I even tried to bulldoze the terrain and nothing came of it.
These spots are troublesome because the game recognizes them as objects and blocks my items from being placed.
I have a feeling these spots are graffiti. When I first moved my sims in, I had to delete a whole bunch of them but these wouldnt.
They aren't visible unless I try to move something in the spot.
Anybody have any idea how to delete them? Please help. A photo is attached.

It sounds as though it's what I like to call a game hiccup. In that the spots are from a crime scene, that didn't get cleaned up correctly.

You may need to move the family to a different lot, as a way of resetting the lot. Visit the lot with a Sim to see if the spots have cleared. If yes, move the family back in. If not bulldoze the problem lot and replace or rebuild it.
