Does anyone know how the "Research Binge" option really works? You get it after completing the Webmaster aspiration. The wiki says it improves all of your skills at the same time, which would be unthinkably OP. But it clearly doesn't do that.
In my experience testing it, I have seen really rapid skill improvement in 3-4 skills simultaneously, but they are ones that are farther along than others (like level 2 or 3). However, these skills stop at 6 and don't increase anymore. I then leveled a few skills the old fashioned way to level 2 or 3, and tried using Research Binge again, but it now affected only two of those newly level skills, rather than 3 or 4 like before. And it still stops at level 6.
I've just started experimenting with it, and I'm sure someone online has gotten to the bottom of how it works. But I haven't found it yet.
