[BUG] Time automatic speed-up when children at school

Hi, I searched the forum but I have not found a solution to my problem. Always when children are at school the time speeds up automatically and I cannot slow it down to normal. I mean, I click on normal time but after a second it goes back to speed up time, although there are Sims at home not sleeping. :O The only thing that helps for a short time is to travel with the Sim to another place and come back, but after some time it goes back to this issue.
