[BUG] Sims Saved to Library, wrongly marked as CC *Work-Around*

The problem may not have anything to do with the gallery itself. I don't use the gallery, and don't have custom content or mods.

However, have run into the same or similar issue.

It's basically the game thinking everything has custom content attached to it regardless if it does or not.

If you've saved something to your library, you'll need to checkmark Include Custom Content. Under the Advanced Tab. The link above goes in more detail on how to do that.

I have followed ALL the instructions and yet the paintings my sim created are still getting marked as CC. I am at my wit's end. I don't know what to do to fix this.

The only thing I can think of is to remove the mods folder to the desktop and delete the game cache and localthumbcache.package file from your Sims 4 folder, and repair the game (In Origin > Games Library, right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair.) to help troubleshoot the issue.

Try a new test game and have a Sim paint from reference to see what happens.

This was reported as fixed in a patch awhile back, but if you are still having issues with this, best you can do is report it to the Bug forum.
