Has anyone else experienced this? She will get the cold moodlets if she is off the lot, but not when she is on the home lot. The weather is freezing, she is wearing her hot weather clothes and she has been outside creating woodwork sculptures for 12+ hours but she's never got the cold debuffs. I've also tried her making snow angels and snow pals with the same result.
She was sent to another lot in the same world and spent 1 hr playing in the frozen leafpiles and the got the 1st uncomfortable moodlet.
All mods removed, game repaired, caches cleared, up-to-date patches.
ETA: New game, new sim, same lot, weather machine to make it snow and it's still taken over 24 hrs outside in hot weather clothes for my sim to get cold (she's now gone blue). Is this normal?
