I have The Cormorant in my version of Sunset Valley and I have added a fourth bedroom to it as well as some much-needed walls, windows, flooring, rooftops and ceiling lights, and a couple workstations for the family of Sims living there currently. Also I’ve added a time machine so everyone in the family can travel to the future together, since the male Young Adult has turned it into a utopian paradise😃 Here are some links to some screenshots I took of the renovated lot.

Anyway, as the title implies, I’d like to use this renovated version of The Cormorant in other worlds that I play around in, but I need help lowering the terrain (especially in my custom world, Nestville, which was built completely flat because I was a beginner). If someone could provide some tips, and preferably also a link to a video tutorial, I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks ahead of time 😉

I'm terrible with trying to figure out terrain issues, or building on unlevel lots. I usually end up rebuilding the house on a level lot. - If you'd like help with that, let me know and I'll see if I can come up with something.

I did find some building tutorials to pass on:
