How do I repair game?

I deleted the files we should take out but now I can't find Repair Game in Origin or anywhere.  Where is it?  Have trouble seeing the teeny tiny print.
  Also, in my EA file there are a lot of Save files, not in the save folder.  They look like this:
Slot_00000000003.save.version1   and so on.  I tried to copy them using ctrlC but that didn't work so hope this is enough.  Should they be there?

In Origin > Games Library tab: Right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair.

The .ver files are okay to be there. They are your saved game backup files.

You will need to recover the save so that the game will recognize it.
