Ghost Sim Help

So I have a ghost family of 5 on my save but only one of them got their career rank back at level 7, Is there a specific thing I have to do to get the rest of their job ranks back?

Usually when a sim stops a career for any reason they start it again but a one level lower. You can always cheat them back to the levels they were at originally.   :)

Ghosts were added with a game patch in Oct. 2014.
