Really want to stay in SunsetValley

Hello Everyone!

I am a newbie  to this form, love it!! its great to have somewhere to come to in my time of need 

I love the new Late night pack but really can not get on with the new town! Can my sims still become famous, a vampire etc in sunsetvalley if i add building etc?? Have looked for a move lot but can tseem to find it!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can still get Celebrities, Vampires and all the features of Late Night in any town. Unfortunately the Bars and Clubs do not place well in Sunset Valley unless you build your own, I found some helpful links for you below.

EDIT: I forgot to say that you don't need to do anything to get Celebrities or Vampires in the other towns, they happen automatically. Many have complained that the Vampirism and Celebritism are to easy to gain and become.

Mum2four, sims in Sunset Valley will become celebrities and vampires over time. Other features, such as clubs and bars, are only available in SV if you build them. Perhaps checking this topic could help a little:

Can't you just export the buildings from Bridgeport and place them in the other towns, like you can do with the laundromat?

Hi Becca, why not have a look at this thread:  http://www.carls-sims-3-forum.com/index.php/topic,3159.0.html, Naga is sharing a Sunset Valley with the relevant new lots from Late Night already placed.  It may be just what you want.

@Hosfac - I think that there are problems placing the lots - when I tried with one of the bars, it didn't look very pretty next to the road in the new empty lot I settled it in because of sharp changes in levels but that could be my lack of skill.  

I may be wrong but I think I found some of the Bridgeport lots in the Buy/Build catalog (it was a while back & my memory is  fuzzy), I didn't need to export them.

Yes, you can put the Late Night buildings in Sunset Valley.  And, yes, they do look out of place because the terrain doesn't match well with the lots.  Naga's town is probably the best overall solution if you don't want to bother with placing them yourself.
