Sims 3 Launcher Issues - Can't Upload

My Launcher won't let me upload anything because it says I'm not logged in, but I am. Why is it doing this? It goes back to the home page of the Launcher and my name and pic are on there, but it comes up with he login screen. Even after I retry logging in, it still says I am not. I have closed and restarted the Launcher.

Try rebooting your whole computer and start again.
