Toddler Playpen and Walker

Hi, I'm curious which skills a toddler learns on these items if anybody knows. I had my toddler playing w/the abacus in the playpen and another one playing w/the buttons on the walker and it looked like they were gaining some kind of skill and I thought it was logic, but evidently not. Now I'm curious.

I've played with both of these items, but never really knew what skills if any they offer. I searched on both items and found:

The playpen offers a few different things after the toddler is a child up to teen (bonus logic and charisma) Can teach talk and motives will fill.

The alker helps with learning how to walk as well as motives will fill.

The baby swing helps increase fun and motives will fill. If Sim watches baby/toddler in swing both Sim and baby will receive fun and social boosts too
