I know when you max a career, filling the performance bar gets you a raise, but is it just me, or does filling the performance bar for an A students not have any benefits other than give them plenty of leeway to not worry about dropping a grade? I know all about the benefits of getting to A, but once they're already there it seems like there isn't much point to continuing to improve school performance. I'm considering just having my kids stop attending school altogether once they become A students.
