I know when you max a career, filling the performance bar gets you a raise, but is it just me, or does filling the performance bar for an A students not have any benefits other than give them plenty of leeway to not worry about dropping a grade? I know all about the benefits of getting to A, but once they're already there it seems like there isn't much point to continuing to improve school performance. I'm considering just having my kids stop attending school altogether once they become A students.

There isn't much benefit apart from being awarded extra holiday days. But if they drop to a B and then age up they will not get the career starting boost which they get as an A student.

I figured as much. I think I might start having my kids use up all their vacation days once they hit A, and try alternative methods of getting days off such as excuse notes and calling in fake sick once those days run out.

That's pretty much what I do as I tend to play with aging off so endless school days can become tiresome. I'd prefer my teens to be working on their adult skills for their intended careers etc.  :)

...endless school days can become tiresome...

On the other hand, there is not the stress of trying to make an A within a few days. Still, this made me smile :)
