Best board for an unofficial RDC story?

Hi Mods,

I am planning a RDC story but I want to use some visual effects mods that aren't on the approved mod list. Where is the best place to put the story, here or on the creative/player-made stories board?

I don't think it matters if the Rival Dynasty Challenge is official or not, you can can still post it on this board (Legacy and Dynasty).
