Save an already played Sim - fullskill

Hi!
I,ve been playing this game for a while but I have never tried to save one of my own sims as a full skill sim. Usally I go to the  community and download fully skilled sims that someone else has done.

My question is, how do I save my sims to the Community with all their... children, skills, jobs and all that?

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking basically, how to save a family to the library and then upload to the gallery?
