Mac Sims 4 won't launch no CC

First of all, hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to try and help me !

I've been playing The Sims 4 on my iMac 27" late 2015 for two years. My computer is up to date (updated to High Sierra back in September 2017). My game ran perfectly fine on high settings with approximatively 12GB of CC. Three days ago the game just refused to launch, the icon appears but it states that the game is unresponsive.

I tried the following:
- taking my Mods folder out : unresponsive
- repairing my game : unresponsive
- taking my Saves folder out : game starts but unable to go back a few minutes after closing it (even after taking the Saves folder out)
- deleting The Sims 4 folder : unresponsive
- uninstall and reinstall The Sims 4 : game starts but unable to go back a few minutes after closing it (even after taking the Saves folder out)
- uninstall and reinstall Origin and The Sims 4 : game starts but unable to go back a few minutes after closing it (even after taking the Saves folder out)

Note that once I took the Mods folder out I didn't put it back, so my game has no CC in it.

In conclusion, my game either goes unresponsive right away or won't launch after I played it no matter for how long, with or without CC.

I ran my antivirus (Avira) and Onyx (I don't know how to explain what this is, it just cleans your computer I guess?)

I have a copy of the Apple Report after I forced the game to close, if it can help.

If you're having issues loading other programs, you may want to take your mac to a local Apple store or authorized repair shop and have the machine checked over. To make sure it's running okay and not overheating or having some hardware issues.
