Finding Plants

I am having a difficult time finding plants in Oasis Springs.  Cherry trees are non existent.. I went to two different spots and there isn't any harvestable veggitation at all!

You have to wait around on that part of the map until the plants spawn. I usually make a friend who lives there and just camp out at their house for a day or so. Also if you look down the bottom of Carls gardening guide there is a table with all the plants and where exactly to find them. Hope that helps.

As soon as you reach level 7 gardening, no need to wait for the wild herb/tree/vegetable/whatever to have anything for harvest. Just take cutting (i believe this is available quite soon, even before the wild plant is fully grown) and graft it to something on your lot.

You can take cuttings at level 5 of the gardening skill. It was changed from level 7 a long time ago.  (Check the date of the post! 2014!)

I will often add a bed, and facilities, to the park &/or a museum. This allows me to camp out for a while & even skip out on daily visits from up to seven guests.
