Audience squares and distance from stage

Does anyone know if there is a limit on how far away an audience space can be from the stage?

I'm remodelling Willowglen Ampitheatre in Twinbrook to be a show venue, and I'm placing benches on the elevated stepped areas that lead down to the central ditch, but I don't know if the higher levels are too far away from the stage for Sims to actually view the performance. I placed the stage in the ditch area, and wanted the benches on each stepped level except for the top-most area that is level with the street.
