Unable to sign or register in origin

I try buy sims 4 in origin but every time i click to buy they ask me to sign first so i click sign and nothing happen. There was loading screen but after that back to the page without anything change. I tried register and error message appear said i unable to sign or register yet. I close the tab. And after few hours tried again with same result. I use samsung galaxy tab for my purchase. Is this the reason orihin refuse me to sign/register?

Try uninstalling/reinstalling Origin.
