I just did it this morning. I can confirm that zeneport works.

I just chose a spot up the corridor past the foot pad. Then I walked back to the foot pad. I was able to complete the rest of the dungeon with no issue. Even caught some kind of glowy butterfly which was a first for me.

Zeneport can be a little tricky. I tried doing the same thing in China and ended up three floors below where I wanted to go. So it's not 100% foolproof. But it can work.

How do you get ghost potions??  There is also a chest I can not get to either...I can get up to the doorway but my Sim won't go in.  It's the chest that you have to put a heart keystone in...it's on the same floor....any suggestions?

@61Barbi  You can make Ghost potions if you have generations its in the science bench when you have a high enough logic skill I think its level 8. As for the other thing I have no idea you could try teleporting maybe?

I have Generations and my logic is maxed...no ghost potion...

Right sorry its been a while you need to like unlock them by experimenting and then eventually youll get the ability to make them
