Can't hide front door using cutaway view

Hello.

I'm back playing The Sims 4 after a while and I've noticed that the front door doesn't seem to hide when you're using the cutaway view. Was it always like this? I don't recall but it's very annoying to me because the door is blocking me from viewing and interacting with some of my furniture. Is there any way of hiding it? I don't like using the "walls down" option.

This may be a game glitch. Have you tried bulldozing the house and placing it again. Or placing it on a different lot?

The doors do drop down mostly but sometimes for whatever reason they don't!  Try replacing the double front door with a single width one and see if that helps. It often seems to be an issue with smaller builds too, weird!
