The sims 4 keeps crashing

The sims 4 keeps crashing on this computer. Every time I attempt to go to manage worlds and build things from the gallery it later crashes and says the sims 4 has stopped working. It only works for about 10 minutes. Even in the game-play it worked for about 1-2 hours and then crashed. I have tried everything, I've visited the EA website and spoke with an adviser and I've been on the forums.
