PS4 - Game keeps crashing

Recently my game has started crashing... A LOT!! Last night it crashed 5 times within 2 hours. Today within the last hour, it's crashed twice. I have done nothing different. I don't know how to make it stop and it's killing my drive to play the game. Help!

The best I can suggest is to if you have a error message or number is to make a report on it using this link:

If you get the Error CE-34878-0 this means there is something wrong between the operating system and game and needs to be reported to EA, using this link: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Consoles/bd-p/the-sims-4-technical-issues-consoles-en

Please give as much detail as possible as to what was happening at the time of the crash.
