TS4 game question on relationships

If you have Get Together expansion then you know Clara, Sofia ,Elsa and the dad. ( forget his name lol ) Anyways. he was cheating on them all the time. Poor Clara walked around angry all the time. Children sad. SO I had my sim marry Clara after convincing her that she would be better off with my sim :-) . I had her and the two girls move in with me. I changed their last name over to my sim's last name. However , I don't think I can adopt the girls as my daughters. Can I? Is there perhaps a cheat that will let me do that?

I don't think there is a cheat that allows that, I'm not 100% sure as I've never tried it tbh. Maybe with the cas.fulledit on cheat you can edit the relationships in CAS?

It didn't work Playalot. I looked at their genealogy and the close as they can come is "stepfather". That works . I didn't want them to become YA's and flirt with my sim. Don't think Clara would like that  . Thanks for your reply

No worries. There's probably a mod that does this, I'm guessing MC Command Center but again, I haven't used this mod but it might be worth you checking it out.
