Meet Someone from the Future Wish Trouble

How do I fulfill this wish? I have meet sims that are future residents and this wish was not fulfilled. I have also meet random homeless or townie sims and the wish was still not fulfilled. Please help and tell me what I am doing wrong or is this a bug/glitch?

What you might try is to have your Sim meet another Sim from Oasis Landing, and start a fight with them, become enemies or something along those lines to maybe fulfill the wish.

I don't know if it's a bug or not, but if you're not able to fulfill it after awhile you can cancel it if desired. Something else will popup.
