Sims won't visit from other places?

I tried to invite a deleted sim to visit me (I deleted them using "testingcheatsenabled true">"delete object") and now a message continues to pop up suggesting my sims don't know any sims well enough to chat and to meet knew people. The two other deleted sims showed up in within a day. For some reason, this little girl won't visit.

If you could assist me in any way possible, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure why this happened other than it maybe a glitch that happened when you deleted the sim. You could try resetting the town or family to see if that might help.

Reset Town, Individual Sims and/or Evict Household

This does not delete data files, such as saved game files and Sims. All it does is resets the individual Sim, household, or town.
