How to get one type of Sim on a public lot

Is there a way, though cheat or mod, that will to have all the sims on a public lot the same type??  Example all aliens, all vampires, etc.

Welcome to the forum. As for your question. Sadly if there is I don't know of a way to get all of one type of life state on the same lot. I will admit I am completely ignorant about mods as I don't use them. The game is buggy enough as is. Maybe someone else would know of such a mod.
