Traditionally we look back over the past as the year rolls towards its end and seeing this is the last building challenge of 2017 so we too are taking a look back. Your challenge is to faithfully recreate Wolff Manor from Sunset Valley The Sims 3.

If you have Sims 3 installed, you can get into the game, and have a look at the house if you like.

General Rules:


Budget:
No budget! Build to your hearts content.

Cheats:
No CC.
All cheats allowed.
All packs Allowed.

Lot Preparation:
All building must begin on a newly bulldozed and cleared lot.

Lot Type:
Residential: You may choose whichever lot you want to build on. Small, large, medium, it's all up to you. Whichever lot you choose it must be changed to 'Residential' if it is designated something else.
