Sims keep looking to "see what is going on?"

Hi.

In my current family I have a lot of sims who all get stuck in loops of "see what is going on?" and then become embarrassed - even if they are just standing in front of the fridge to get meal. This happens regardless of weather a sim is controlled or left alone.

Any idea of why this is going on? I have tried to reset the sims but they still keep doing it. It's really frustrating to have a house full of sims who are always freaking out about something when there is nothing to freak out about.

I've searched on this issue and found some tips that might help. 

1. Move Mods folder to the desktop to make sure it's not caused by an outdated mod/cc.

2. Evict household and move them back in. - Go to Manage Worlds, Evict current Household and then move them back into their house.

3. Repair Game  - In Origin, right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair.

Thanks! I was hoping this was cc related as I am playibg a dynasty and can't try the evict/move back in tips. However i
I thibk it's just one of those times when a household became too glitched. Luckiky I will be moving soon.
