Hi Mrs. Flynn, I am Skip, a person who wrote regarding getting adventures in France a few months ago.  I just want to say Thank You for posting resolutions for lagging and freezing within the Sims game.  Very helpful, though looking at your list, it must have been exhausting putting all that together!  Anyway, my Sims 3 game was badly lagging and freezing.  I really didn't want to delete this character because I had certain "goals" in mind for him (collecting all Sigils Signets, and Symbols, creating valuable skull gems, etc.).  I started down your list, and nothing seemed to work, UNTIL I decided to clean up much of my Sims inventory.  Once I did that, the game performance was markedly better!  Who knew that would make such a difference.

Thanks again for being such a valuable resource for such a wonderful game.
