Where to get a list of device ID's for newer GTX graphics cards?

I have a related question: do you know anywhere to get a list of device ID's for newer GTX graphics cards? I was able to figure out mine but I'm constantly trying to help other people do this, and I'd rather just be able to send them edited sgr files. The device ID's don't seem easy to find...

We searched for a list (nvidia GTX device id list) and wasn't able to find one that has the newer card id's.

You may need to do what we do, ask for their DeviceConfig.log file. Under Graphics device info it gives the device id.
