Noisy neighbors

Is there any way to assign the quiet trait to an apartment? Even through a cheat? My current method is to pound on the door and force my sim with the really high charisma to chat with the angry noisemaker until her toddlers can get back to bed, but it's a giant pain.

There isn't any cheat I know of but there might be a mod somewhere so maybe check out ModtheSims and other modding sites. I know you can assign the rats-Needs TLC lot trait through a mod to any lot so maybe someone has modded something similar for noisy neighbors.

If I need sleep & peace, I'll sometimes build a room at the clubhouse, at one of the parks & put beds in it.
