Help with buying a desktop computer for Sims 4

I've been using a laptop to play the sims, but it lags and crashes sometimes.  I'm looking into getting a desktop computer.  I've been using iBUYPOWER's website to build a computer, but I'm not a computer guru, so I wanted to post the specs I'm thinking about getting and see if it would be adequate to play the sims 4.

I've attatched an image with the specs of the computer.

Yep this should run Sims 4 just fine on high settings.
