Trying to access gamedata folder / Kuree's Package Viewer

What do you plug C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 into exactly? I'm trying to access my gamedata folder in order to use Kuree's Package Viewer, but I am completely ignorant in this area.

Someone in one of the threads I found after searching on it did recommend using CC Magic as it's a package viewer as well.
