Deleted main file that allows custom content

I was cleaning out my folder and deleted the file that allows cc its very hard to explain but I have done this before and I'm asking if someone would share a folder of just a clean mods folder.... by clean I mean one with no cc and just the file that comes within game... Thanks!

Since you've deleted the Resource.cfg file in your mods folder, you will want to do a factory reset of the Sims 4 folder to get a fresh resource.cfg file.
