Looking for a painting

I downloaded a house and it came with this cool painting of a little girl riding a bear picking cupcakes off a tree it was called Sweet Cupcake painting.

I want to know where it came from if anyone knows. I do not have katy perry sweet treats pack because it is not available on steam but I do have all of the other packs.

I'm sure that painting is an award for your teenager doing the after-school activity - Art Club.  I think it was the award for scoring Art Club President, so actually getting it is quite random.  Maybe you can buy it with the 'buydebug' cheat, but I've never tried, so don't know.
