WCIF horse carriage

Hello beautiful simmers!

Does anyone know where I can find a horse carriage for TS3?
Would be great if it functioned, but I'd settle for decorative.

I searched the forum here, but only came up with carriage house or baby carriage references.  I did also find a link for one elsewhere, but even after signing up, I couldn't locate an actual download.

Any help would be great.
