Hydrangea House

I am trying to expand the Hydrangea House in Appaloosa Plains but the part right under the roof when you delete that is annoying me I can't expand it and I can't place another one of it down cause I don't know what it is, anyone have a clue?

I was having the same problem this week and finally figured out what it was. It is actually foundation with wallpaper and titles on top. You can place your own using the "placefriezes on" cheat. Drove me nuts for days.
