I can't answer my childs questions

When my childs ask me questions like "Is it OK to eat dirt?", I am clicking the answer -Eating dirt is really unhealthy- nothing happens and questions stays in the screen and doesn't go. When it happens, I can't save and exit the game. Somebody please help me.

Welcome to the forum  First step would be to save and quit your game and take out any cc or mods that you may have. Test again by playing in a new game. If everything is working as it should then you'll know it is caused by the cc or the mods you are using. Go to the creators site, look for the date it was last updated and if it compatible with the current game build (latest patch). If it isn't leave a report for the creator and don't replace it back into your game.
