Crash, Boom, Bang
« on: April 28, 2017, 10:56:53 AM »
 >:(

I've felt it necessary to try and re-install TS4 as it was beginning to crash several times every day. I hope it helps, but I'm afraid to use my old saves in case they contain conflicts. Why am I left with the impression that TS4 acts up if it's being played "too much"?

Sigh... :-\

I do a reinstall every so often as it really helps to clean up the bugs and glitches. Luckily all your games remain so you can just pick up playing from where you left off... minus the bugs though hopefully!

Hi, @Playalot

Normally, it's enough for me to clear the game cache and then do repair. I like to make a copy of my Tray and saves folders if I re-install. I thought you lost everything when doing that, though. But maybe it's because I clean up after removing the game deleting all folders etc. Be that as it may, I hope I won't have to again for a good while now :)
